1. Introduction
1.1.We are committed to building a trusted and reliable platform for our community. The Zmiza Content Terms of Service, as well as our Community Policy and Community Guidelines (as defined below), ensure that the Zmiza Platform operates in a safe and orderly manner, intending to create a pleasant experience for all Users of the Zmiza Platform and the Services.
1.2.Unless otherwise defined in the Community Policy and Community Guidelines, all capitalized terms adopted herein shall bear the same meaning as set out in Zmiza Content Terms of Service.
2. Compliance with Zmiza Content Terms of Service, Community Policy and Guidelines
2.1.All Users of the Zmiza Platform and/or Services are required to conduct themselves in a manner as set out in Zmiza Content Terms of Service, as well as Zmiza Community Policy and the Community Guidelines, (including any amendments thereof) as published by Zmiza from time to time.
2.2.By accessing and/or using the Zmiza Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by Zmiza Community Policy and Community Guidelines, in addition to being bound by Lazada’s Terms of Use, Content Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other terms and agreements applicable to your access and use of the ZmizaPlatform and Services (either as a Buyer, Seller or User), all of which are incorporated by reference herein. Please carefully read through each of the foregoing (as each of them may be amended from time to time) and if you do not agree with them, please cease your access to and/or use of Zmiza Platform and Services.
2.3.We may amend, revise, update or modify the Community Policy and Community Guidelines at any time (“Changes”). Changes will be effective when posted on the Zmiza Platform with no other notices provided and you are deemed to have agreed to the Changes upon their publication on the Platform. It remains your responsibility to regularly check and be updated on any such Changes and we recommend that you periodically review the most up-to-date versions of the Community Policy and the Community Guidelines by clicking here. YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THE Zmiza PLATFORM AFTER CHANGES ARE MADE CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CEASE YOUR ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF Zmiza PLATFORM.
3.Zmiza Community Guidelines
3.1.Zmiza Community Policy sets out the rules of conduct when accessing or using Zmiza Platform and Services. This policy should be read in conjunction with Zmiza Community Guidelines (”Community Guidelines”) which provide further guidance on the types of Content that are prohibited under the rules of conduct specified herein. 4. Zmiza Enforcement Rights
4.1.In the event of any non-compliance with the rules set out in the Zmiza Community Policy (including Table 1 below) and the Community Guidelines, Zmiza may take any one or more of the following enforcement actions in its sole discretion without further notice or warning to a User:
-Account restrictions, suspension, or deletion;
-Communication access restrictions;
-Amendment and/or removal of any affected Content or messages;
-Removal of any other features that may be available to the User;
-Suspension or forfeiture of cash-equivalent balance in the User’s account;
-Suspension, cancellation, termination, or reversal of any transaction carried out by the User on the Zmiza Platform; and/or
-Imposition of up to 48 non-compliance points on any non-compliant Sellers (as applicable) which will result in store closure.
Note that we may take enforcement actions for reasons other than violation of Zmiza Community Policy or Community Guidelines – for example, due to violation of any other Policies applicable to your access or use of Lazada Platform or Services, due to privacy complaint or a court order, etc.
These rules and enforcement actions are non-exhaustive and Zmiza reserves the right to take any other enforcement action and/or to seek any other remedies available to it, including but not limited to the filing of reports with the regulators or law enforcement agencies, if we find any misconduct by any User.
4.2.If you encounter any of the situations described in Table 1, please report the errant User or Content via the respective engagement channels (e.g. Ratings & Reviews, MizaGame, Chat, any interactive UGC (as defined in the Zmiza Content Terms of Service) channel or tab that is accessible on or through Zmiza Platform from time to time etc). 5. Community Policies
All Users shall comply with the following rules when accessing or using the Zmiza Platform and/or Services:

Respectful Participation Category Requirements 1. Maintain professionalism and ensure that all conversations and interactions are conducted in a polite and respectful manner (both verbally and physically).
Do not use any language that may be inappropriate, such as language that is abusive or threatening in nature (such as profanity, vulgarity, or hate speech) in any communication. For example, maintain professionalism in all circumstances and do not use any inappropriate language when dealing with bad reviews from buyers, or when communicating with the seller in addition to any violations. When the content submitted by another user is offensive or popular to you, you should refrain from engaging in any verbal attacks or sharing, and report the user via public channels by contributing.
2. Do not post or share any content in any way that is popular, offensive, harassing, hidden, discriminatory, or inciting.
For example, there is no distinction between obscenities or profanity and tolerance towards people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or discrimination, including in supporting organizations with such views.
3. Do not post or share any content from anywhere and in any form such as nudity and explicit sexual descriptions (including involving minors, adults, or otherwise). This is only by notice to users in the Zmiza community. Zmiza may include listing some sexual and sexual products as well as products containing sexual content, and ultimately we encourage users to express their opinions about these products only through product reviews.
4. Do not post or share content that is horrific or violent in nature, or that promotes, encourages, coordinates, or provides instructions for violence or harm against people or animals and/or suicide, and self-harm.
For example, do not post or share content that depicts death, accident, violence, cruelty, productive violence, fighting, or torture. Nor should they post statements that suggest violence or investigate it.
5. Do not post any content that depicts, promotes, advocates, or encourages participation in a challenge or high-risk viral symptoms.
1. Do not send spam messages through any communication channel on or off the Zmiza platform.
2. Do not post entire messages, irrelevant information, URLs, apps, QR codes, or any other content that is not related to Zmiza on the Zmiza platform.
3. Do not attempt to flood users’ opinions, including posting from multiple accounts or interactive users like this.
4. Do not post other content that contains software viruses, malware, or malicious code. 5. Do not continue, support or use any software, hardware, other scripts, automated programs or any other method or process (including crawlers, browser plugins or other technology) to share the Service data or a master copy in the Service etc.
6. Do not use an automated method (i.e. “bots”) or any other methods to send automatic messages to access the Services, add or download contacts, or forward information.
7. Do not solicit, post, advertise, trade or exchange any personal, financial or sensitive information of any individual on or off the Zmiza Platform, or use the information to make payments on the Zmiza Platform in a manner not authorized by the Zmiza Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
8. Do not post content that relates to or promotes vice, non-member character, crime, unconventional gambling establishment, money lending, cheating or sorcery.
Safety and Other 1. Do not post any prohibited content that violates any law, regulation and/or government requirements.
2. Do not post any content that threatens, promotes, or encourages participation in acts of publicity that cause real harm to people.
3. Do not post any content or interact with other Zmiza users in a way that violates copyright or other proprietary rights. Only post content that you own or that you like.
4. Do not post any content that encourages or supports an illegal license, including but not limited to violence, law, illegal drug use, drinking in front of minors, or hiding children or animals.
5. Do not collude with other parties (buyer/seller) to deceive Zmiza and/or others.
6. Do not post content and send new products, services, schemes or fraudulent offers (e.g., make-a-money schemes, pyramid schemes); or content that suggests false raffles or winning information.
7. Do not post false content, ads, reviews, or user comments or participate in blocking all related to your sales and/or influencing others.

Responsibility for Protection 2. Be realistic. Do not welcome people, individuals, or personal appearances at the end. Do not post false advertisements or provide reliable information about your products and services.
3. Do not post content that is intentionally misleading and misleading to users about Zmiza or Zmiza’s message; or intent
