What is the cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes due to certain circumstances you may need to cancel your purchase in our platform. This Buyer Cancellation Policy is to ensure a fair and transparent process for both buyers and sellers.

Starting on April 3, 2024, you will have the ability to cancel your orders without needing the seller’s consent, as long as the parcel has not yet entered the logistics network (meaning before it reaches the ‘Transit to Ship’ status also know as TTS).

At Zmiza, we are committed to provide the best experience for both our customers and sellers. We understand that there may be instances wherec customers would need to cancel their order. This policy outlines policy outlines the steps and guidelines to follow when requesting a cancellation. Please take a moment to review and understand the following terms and condition before cancelling an order :-

Cancellation of Order with voucher and discount
You cannot cancel part of an order if you order contains more than one product and uses a free shipping voucher. Cancellation can only be made for all products in the order.
Any vouchers, discounts, or promotions that was used on cancelled order cannot be activated or reused for any subsequent order
Cancellation at Pending for handover Status
For Seller Own Fleet/Pre Order, customers may request to cancel an order at “Pending for handover” status and this is subjected to sellers’ approval
Purchase price
We can’t guarantee that the price, availability, shipping fee, or any other element of a cancelled order will remain the same for any subsequent order.
Refund
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to your account within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your payment method, bank and/or financial institution.
The refund amount will be the net amount paid (or store credit used) by you and will not include any voucher amount.
Cancellation Fees and Cancellation Process
Lazada does not charge customers any cancellation fees. If your cancellation request is successful, a refund will be processed.
In some cases, a cancellation can’t be processed online. Please contact our customer service if your cancellation is declined.
Reverse Cancellation
Zmiza will not be able to restore or reverse a cancellation once it has been completed.
Cancellation by Zmiza
To ensure an enjoyable and safe shopping environment for all, Zmiza has limited the quantity you may purchase on deals which are in high demand. We may also cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Please note that, once you have submitted the online cancellation form, you will see a message states; “Your cancellation was successful”. This indicates you have successfully sent your cancellation request to us. Zmiza will process your request within 60 minutes upon receiving the request.
