If you want to request a refund without returning the item, you can submit a Refund Only request. However, please note that the approval of a refund-only request depends on the seller or Zmiza’s review and decision.
How do I initiate a refund-only request?
Please follow the instructions to submit your refund request via the Zmiza Website.
how long will receive the refund?
The Refund Only request will be sent for the seller or Zmiza review after the submission. It may
take up to 3 business days to get a result. In the scenario that your Refund Only request is
approved by seller or Zmiza, refund will be issued immediately.
However, the estimated time for you to receive the refund depends on the refund method that
you chose.
what happens if Refund only request is rejected?
If your request has been rejected, you cannot appeal or re-initiate the request. This can happen
due to insufficient evidence that you have provided or wrong refund reason selected.
How can know if a refund is approved?
You may receive an email and in-app notification once a refund is processed. Otherwise, you
may also go to ‘Account’ > ‘My Orders’ > ‘Return & Cancellation’ > ‘Return’ to check the status.
what does different status mean?
• Refund under review : Refund request still under review/investigation
• Refund on its way : Refund is being processed (approved)
• Refund only rejected : Seller/Agent rejected the refund request
• Refund request cancel : Buyer cancelled the refund request
