Missing Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Mode
In some instances, Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available to you as a payment method. The following are possible reasons for not having COD as an option upon check out:
1. Order value exceeds COD threshold
In some cases, the COD payment option is unavailable when the value of your order is more than our threshold of RM250. Holding a large amount of cash has a high risk of theft, loss, and miscalculation for both buyers and logistics partners. To minimize this, COD is not available for high-value orders. You may use other payment methods such as visa or mastarcard, online banking, and credit cards for completing your order. M-pesa or Tigo_pesa you to top-up your wallet from your bank account.
Currently COD excludes all “Delivered by Seller” products.
2. Order value below COD minimum spend
There is a minimum spend of RM8 to be eligible for COD payment method. If your order is less than the minimum amount, you will see a pop-up message informing that the order value is insufficient for COD payment method.
3. COD is removed as a payment method
Multiple failed deliveries may lead to the COD option to be disabled from your account. Failed delivery orders are defined as the following:
Buyers’ refusal to accept COD parcels
Repeated incidents of failing to receive the package after the 2nd attempt
When COD is not available as a payment mode, you may choose to pay for your purchase using other payment methods.

5. Buyers are not allowed to open the parcel before paying for it.
Buyers are NOT ALLOWED to open their parcel(s) before paying for item. Courier services are required to collect payment from the buyer before passing the parcel to the buyer.
Tips to avoid missing your parcels and COD payment method removal:

3. Answer all calls from the couriers so you do not miss your delivery
4. Prepare sufficient cash to pay for your COD order, keep a lookout for the push notification on your Zmiza website. Learn more here.
5. If you are not available on the day of delivery, please ensure you have someone authorized to receive your order
