Buyer Policy

 

1. Introduction

All users and buyers of the ZmizaPlatform (the “Buyers”) are expected to conduct themselves in a manner as set out in this Buyer Policy, in addition to theZmiza Community Policy, the Zmiza Platform Terms of Use and all applicable Zmiza terms and conditions, all of which are incorporated by reference in this Buyer Policy.

We are committed to building a trusted and reliable platform for our community and the Buyer Policy ensures that the Zmiza Platform operates in a safe and orderly manner, with the aim of creating a pleasant shopping experience for all users of Zmiza.

2. Policy and Enforcement

A Buyer shall comply with the rules set out in Table 1.

If a Buyer fails to comply with the rules,Zmiza may take any one or more of the following actions without further notice or warning:

Suspend, cancel, terminate or reverse any transaction carried out by the Buyer on the ZmizaPlatform;

Amend or remove affected messages or content; remove any feature that may be available to the Buyer; and/or remove (in whole or in part) the Buyer’s access to the Zmiza Platform; and/or

Restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer’s Zmiza account.

The rules set out in Table 1 are non-exhaustive, and Zmiza reserves the right to take other enforcement action, including the filing of reports with the regulators or law enforcement agencies, if we find any misconduct by a Buyer.

1. Do not register multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing any form of incentive or obtaining an undue advantage in any promotion, program or activity.

2. Do not create accounts with fake, forged or hacked data (such as email address, contact number, delivery address, etc.). Do not use data owned or belonging to other users or individuals.

Do not tamper with any Zmiza device/app software to install illegal software to clone Zmiza apps or hide some security features.

1. You must abide by all agreements reached in any of the official communication channels on Zmiza, or any policies posted on it.

Do not engage in any fraudulent activity. For example:

a. Do not mislead or defraud Zmiza and/or any other users of the Zmiza platform; and

b. Do not register accounts for the purpose of creating fake transactions.

3. Keep all transactions within Zmiza.

All transactions originating from Lazada must be completed

within the Zmiza platform.

Do not make offline payments or transactions with other users of the Zmiza platform.

C. Do not entice other users to make offline transactions outside the Zmiza platform. For your personal safety and to protect yourself from fraud, do not accept requests to make offline transactions outside the Zmiza platform.

D. Do not redirect the sale transaction to other platforms and/or methods.

E. All payments for Lazada transactions must be completed

within the Zmiza platform. All exchanges of messages and information must be made within the official communication channels available on the Lazada platform.

Zmiza is not responsible for any transaction that occurs outside the Zmiza platform.

4. If the cash on delivery option is available, do not select the cash on delivery option and do not provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or refuse delivery without any valid reason. For example, refusing to deliver a defective product is a valid reason.

1. Do not place orders for the sole purpose of providing incorrect reviews.

2. Provide honest feedback about products and services.

3. Do not post any review or other content that is inappropriate, irrelevant, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise illegal.

4. Do not abuse returns.

Buyers may not damage the product before returning it.

Buyers may not use the product before returning it, with

Buyers are allowed to return items received that are not as

described in the product listing.

Do not initiate a payment dispute when a refund for the item

has already been issued by the seller or your payment service provider.
